Common problems
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is the file safe?
That is Windows SmartScreen, and it warns about any program it has not seen many times before. autoclickr is new, so you will probably see it. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
If you would rather check than trust us, compare the file's SHA-256 against the value on the download page. If it does not match, you did not get the file from us. Delete it.
How do I stop it once it starts clicking?
Press F6 to stop and F11 to pause. The hotkeys are global, so they work even when autoclickr is behind another window and your cursor is busy.
The clicks aren't registering in one program.
If that program is running as administrator, Windows will not let an ordinary program send input to it. Close autoclickr, right-click it and choose Run as administrator, then try again.
Some games and anti-cheat systems ignore simulated input entirely. No auto clicker can change that, and we would rather tell you than pretend otherwise.
A hotkey does nothing, or does something else.
Another program is probably using the same key. F11 is full screen in every browser, so pausing a browser game with it also toggles full screen.
Open the Hotkeys screen in autoclickr and rebind the action to a key nothing else uses.
My trial ended. Did I lose my recordings and macros?
No. Clicking, recording and macros stop when the trial ends, but nothing is deleted. Your recordings and macros stay on your machine and work again the moment you subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use the account link in your purchase receipt. You keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for.
If you cannot find the receipt, email clickrauto@gmail.com from the address you bought with and we will cancel it for you.
How do I get a refund?
Email clickrauto@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. The details are in the terms of service.
Is there a version for Mac, Android or Chromebook?
The Mac and Android pages say where each version stands. On a Chromebook, use the free Chrome extension, because ChromeOS cannot run Windows programs.
What do you know about me, and can I have it deleted?
The app collects nothing and works with no network connection. We hold the email address on your subscription and any email you send us. The privacy policy has the full list.

What to put in your email
A good first message saves a round of back and forth. Include:
- The program or game you were clicking in
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- Whether you are on Windows 10 or Windows 11
- A screenshot, if something on screen looks wrong
- For billing or refunds, the email address on your receipt
