Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Monarca L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By downloading or using autoclickr, or by subscribing, you agree to them.

What autoclickr is

autoclickr is a desktop utility that repeats mouse clicks, records and replays keyboard and mouse sequences, and runs macros you create. It is currently available for Windows. Versions for macOS and Android are in development, and a free Chrome extension is available separately.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use autoclickr on machines you own or control, for as long as your subscription is active.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software, remove or alter identifying marks, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits regardless of contract.

Free trial

autoclickr is free to use for seven days from first launch, with every feature available. We do not ask for a payment card to begin the trial.

When the trial ends, clicking, recording and macro playback stop until you subscribe. Nothing you created is deleted. Recordings and macros remain on your machine and work again once you subscribe.

Subscription and payment

A subscription costs five US dollars per year and covers the platform it was purchased for. Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller for the purposes of the transaction. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the account link in your purchase receipt, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices may change. If they do, the change applies at your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Refunds

If autoclickr does not do what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to give a reason.

The seven-day trial exists so that you can find out whether the software suits your task before paying anything, and we would rather you used it than requested a refund afterwards.

Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal in addition to this, which nothing here limits.

How you may use it

autoclickr sends ordinary mouse and keyboard input. What you point it at is your decision, and it is your responsibility.

You must not use autoclickr to break the law, to gain unauthorised access to systems, to interfere with services you do not have permission to use, or to harm others.

Games and third-party services

Many games and online services prohibit automated input in their own terms. Roblox, most Minecraft servers and nearly every competitive multiplayer title take a position on this, and the position is usually no.

Using autoclickr in a place that forbids it can cost you your account, including anything you have paid for there. That risk is yours, not ours. We tell you this on the site as well as here, because we would rather you knew before buying than after being banned. We accept no liability for any suspension, ban, loss of progress, loss of virtual items or loss of purchases resulting from your use of automation.

The software is provided as it is

We work to make autoclickr reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of faults, that it will work with every application, or that it will be uninterrupted. Some software refuses synthetic input, and no auto clicker can change that.

To the fullest extent the law allows, autoclickr is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to autoclickr is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost accounts, or loss of virtual goods.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using autoclickr and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms, and we will tell you why.

If we end your licence for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and if the update materially affects your rights we will note it on this page. Continuing to use autoclickr after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
