Why Android asks for Accessibility access
Android requires Accessibility Service permission before any app can tap the screen on your behalf. Every auto clicker on Android needs it, and the permission screen carries a strong warning because the same access that lets an app tap for you would also let it read what is on screen.
That warning is doing its job, and it's worth taking seriously rather than tapping through. Grant it to apps you have a reason to trust, and revoke it from anything you have stopped using.
Open Accessibility settings
Go to Settings, then Accessibility, then Installed apps or Downloaded apps depending on your Android version.
Turn on autoclickr
Select autoclickr and enable the service. Android will show you exactly what the permission allows before you confirm.
Set a tap and start
Choose where to tap and how often, then start. A floating control stays on screen so you can stop it at any point.
What the Android app will do
Auto tapping
Repeat a tap at a fixed interval or a random range, at one point or several. Set a number of repeats or run until you stop it. Intervals go down to the millisecond, though what the app underneath you accepts is a separate question.
Recorded gestures
Record a sequence of taps, long presses and swipes, then replay the whole thing once, a set number of times, or on a loop. Recordings are saved on the device.
Why there is no APK download
autoclickr for Android is only distributed through Google Play. Sideloaded APK files are the main route malware takes onto Android phones, and an auto clicker APK from a download site is a category of file we would not install ourselves. If a site offers you an autoclickr APK, it did not come from us.
What is an auto clicker for Android?
An auto clicker for Android is an app that repeats taps on your screen at an interval you set, using the Accessibility Service that Android provides for exactly this kind of automation. It covers the same ground as a desktop auto clicker: idle games, repetitive taps in an app, and anything that needs the same gesture more times than a person wants to make it.
Android auto clickers and permissions
Accessibility Service is powerful, which is why Android gates it behind a warning screen and why Google reviews apps that request it. An app with this permission can see screen content and act on it. That is the mechanism, and there is no auto clicker on Android that works without it.
Two things follow. Only grant it to apps you have a reason to trust, and check the list occasionally. Settings, Accessibility, Installed apps shows you everything currently holding the permission.
Android versus the desktop app
The Android app taps and replays gestures. The Windows and Mac apps add keyboard recording and the macro builder, which have no direct equivalent on a phone. They are separate apps for separate machines.

Why does an Android auto clicker need Accessibility permission?

It will not need root. The Android build uses the standard Accessibility Service, and rooting a phone for an auto clicker is unnecessary.
Will it keep tapping if I switch apps?
Yes, it keeps running while you're in another app, and the floating control stays available so you can stop it.
Some apps and games block synthetic taps regardless, which is a decision made by that app, not by Android.
